flò is a comfort house. We take the proportions, weights and finishing of the luxury labels we grew up wanting and put them into the pieces you actually wear every day, starting with the tee you reach for first.

Everything is made to order. Nothing is produced until someone wants it, so there's no overstock, no landfill, and no end-of-season sales to clear shelves.

Each order is made for you, then shipped with tracking. Free shipping on orders over $75; a flat $5 below that.

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it. Full refund policy.

Our tops run slightly oversized. Take your usual size for the intended look, or size down for a closer fit. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll send exact measurements.

How long until my order ships?
Each piece is printed when you order it, so it usually ships within 3 to 7 business days, then takes a few more days in transit depending on where you live. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
Our tops run slightly oversized. Take your usual size for the intended look, or size down for something closer-fitting. Since every piece is made to order, we can't take back a wrong size, so email us before you order if you're between sizes and we'll help you pick.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because nothing is made until you order it, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or just wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send anything back.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How does the welcome code work?
Join the email list and you'll get a one-time code for 10% off your first order, good for 60 days. During Drop 001's launch window there's also a launch code, DROP001, for 10% off everything. Codes can't be combined, so use whichever is bigger for you.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on clothing (shipping doesn't count). Once you hit 100 points, a 10% off code is created for you automatically. Check your points any time on the account page.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if you catch it in time. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund it before it goes into production.
